By accessing or using Blimp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Blimp is an AI-native productivity suite that provides real-time team communications, context-aware AI calendar, project and task management, AI email client, and workflow automation tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password and account

Payment and Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Blimp BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blimp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blimp operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
