If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blimp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blimp operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
